• Multiple revision rounds included in each package
• Final approval before project completion

Revision Policy

Each of our service packages includes revision rounds:

• Starter Package: 2 rounds of revisions
• Professional Package: 3 rounds of revisions
• Enterprise Package: Unlimited revisions during the project

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Project cancellation before design work begins: Full refund of deposit
• Project cancellation during initial design phase: Partial refund based on work completed
• Failure to deliver agreed-upon scope: Refund proportional to undelivered work

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Work already completed and approved
• Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, stock images)
• Rush delivery fees
• Projects completed and launched with client approval

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss concerns about your project:
